During busy periods we deliver locally to certain postcodes on certain days, if there are times or days you wish for us to avoid please put in the order notes box on the website when placing your order otherwise we will deliver when next in the area. We use SmartRoutes route planner so you will receive an email once your order is scheduled, notifying you of the delivery day and the driver will ring on the delivery day with an approximate time once your order is on the van. If you are happy for us to deliver whilst you are not at home, the driver will still ring to enable you to give instructions on where you want the order leaving or alternatively instructions can again be given in the order notes box on the website. The bulk bags have a closeable skirt top which will keep the logs dry until you return home.

Order online or over the phone. 

Local Delivery on all orders over £80.00 to BB3, PR5, PR25, PR26 & WN8 + £10.00 delivery charge, BB1, BB2, L40, PR1 & PR2 + £15.00 delivery charge.

Yes. We use 2 Day Economy Nationwide Delivery Service (delivery areas exclude the Highlands and Islands). Delivery will be Monday to Friday (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). You will be contacted via email to confirm the delivery day once your order has been dispatched, usually 2 to 3 days from ordering but this may be extended during busy periods, we request delivery between 9.00am and 5.00pm and that the driver rings 1 hour before delivery, a signature will be required. You must notify us via email or phone if you have any issues with access so we can request delivery on a smaller vehicle. There will be a delivery charge on all Nationwide Deliveries, this will be calculated at checkout depending on your postcode, click the Pallet Delivery option.

Yes. Order and pay online and choose the Local Pickup option or order over the phone and collect at a time that suits you. Please check our opening times.

Yes. You can place an order over the phone for local delivery or collection, the minimum order for local delivery is £80, there is no minimum for collection. Please check our opening times.
