Premier Logs Terms and Conditions

Free Local Delivery on all local orders over £60.00 to BL1, BL2, BL3, BL4, BL5, BL6 & BL7, BL11 & BL78, PR6 & PR7, WN1, WN2, WN3, WN4, WN5, WN6 & WN7. Order online or over the phone, cash on delivery only if order placed over the phone. During busy periods we deliver Free Local Deliveries to certain postcodes on certain days, if there are times or days you wish for us to avoid please put in the Order Notes box on the website when placing your order, otherwise we will deliver when we are next in the area and the driver will ring on the delivery day with an approximate ETA. If you are happy for us to deliver whilst you are not at home, the driver will still ring to enable you to give instructions on where you want the order leaving or alternatively instructions can again be given in the Order Notes box on the website. The bulk bags have a skirt top which will keep the logs dry until you return home.

Order Collection order online and choose the Pick Up From Us option or ring and place your order over the phone, please add a message in the Order Notes box letting us know when you would like to collect if ordering online. Cash on collection only if order placed over the phone or orders not paid for when placed online, we do not have any Credit/Debit Card facilities on site due to office staff working from home.

Nationwide Delivery 2 Day Economy Nationwide Delivery Service is used (UK Mainland, delivery areas exclude the Highlands and Islands). Delivery will be Monday to Friday (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). You will be contact via email to confirm the delivery day once your order has been dispatched (usually within 2 to 3 days), we request delivery between 9.00am and 5.00pm and that the driver rings 1 hour before delivery, a signature will be required. You must notify us via email or phone if you have any issues with access so we can request delivery on a smaller vehicle. Please note Minimum order for delivery is £60.00

Your Order will be film wrapped on a pallet but MUST BE PUT IN A DRY PLACE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, due to the size and weight of the consignment the Driver will require adequate, reasonably level access otherwise delivery will be kerbside only, they will then use a pump truck to place the consignment as close to your required position as physically possible, please note that pump trucks will not operate on soft ground or loose gravel.

Please inform us prior to delivery if there are any issues with access as we can request delivery on a smaller vehicle, failure to notify us may result in a redelivery charge.

All prices shown are inclusive of 5% VAT.

Nationwide deliveries have to be paid in full prior to dispatch, local deliveries and orders for collection can be paid via Paypal or cash on delivery/collection is accepted. If you wish to pay by BACS or Online Banking direct payments please ring 01257 475914 for bank details.

The consignment must be checked on arrival and delivery paperwork signed any problems with the delivery must be reported immediately to Premier Logs.

If a prior agreement has been made for delivery to be left without the presence of the customer or the signing of the delivery paperwork, then the goods will be left entirely at the customer’s risk.

We aim to dispatch the orders within 3 working days however we reserve the right to extend the lead time during busy periods.
