It’s when trees like oaks & beeches synchronize and produce a massive crop of seeds all at once. This happens only every few years and affects entire forests.

🌿 Why Do Trees Do It?

• To overwhelm seed-eaters (like squirrels & mice) so some seeds survive.

• To boost pollination success by flowering together.

• To recharge in between, since it takes a lot of energy!

• Forest regeneration
